Located at Georgetown’s 30th and M Streets, this mid-rise building is a historic property, updated to offer the latest in modern conveniences and features. HiRISE replaced all the windows in this high-profile building, completing the project in 2014. The project entailed a series of complex design configurations, which the HiRISE team planned and communicated to window manufacturer Northern Architectural Systems, ensuring an efficient and seamless final installation.
