This garden-style apartment community provides a home surrounded by mature trees, just minutes from charming Old Town Gaithersburg and Seneca Creek State Park. Governor Square also sits in the heart of the biotech corridor, conveniently situated near employers such as NIST, IBM and Lockheed Martin. For this property, HiRISE replaced the windows and metal panel surrounds with product provided by Crystal Windows and Sunview Doors. The project was completed in 2009.
