The 10-floor building sits at a busy corner and offers modern amenities from a popular West End address.​ For the comprehensive renovation in 2017, HiRISE replace windows and doors, provided by Northern Architectural Systems, Inc. and Sunview Doors, and also renovated the sloped glazed sunroom on the property’s 10th floor.
