Restoration Delivered in Record Time for Bethesda’s Chelsea Towers

ROCKVILLE, MD (July 27, 2016) – HiRISE has successfully completed a large-scale renovation at Chelsea Towers, the high-rise condominium overlooking Cabin John Park near Montgomery Mall and the Capital Beltway. The project, planned in collaboration with the Chelsea Towers Condominium Unit Owners Association, included a full façade replacement of all windows, a newly installed curtain wall on every floor, and group purchase upgrades featuring sliding glass doors and insulated balcony panels.
